Yes, we do provide Customer Support Services.

Our organization has set up a Knowledge Management Center at Jaipur. In addition we have decentralized and distributed database management centers located at various locations over Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh etc. This is established to provide a complete knowledge management platform for better management of agriculture utilizing most modern information technology tools anywhere in the world.

. Is Training facility available with your offer?

Yes, we provide training free of cost to any one person recommended by your company/client with the standard package.

We assist you with the customer support services at Knowledge Management Center.

You can register your queries online at enquiry else can call up at Knowledge center within official hours on working days.


Technical Support


. Is my data secured?

Yes, your data is secured with us. Your administration Password will be retained with the system administrator only.

. How frequently Backup of Data is taken?

There is scheduled Data Back up system wherein Back up is taken twice a day at noon and midnight. Also, Back up will be transferred once a month, twice a month, Quarterly, Half yearly, Or annually as per the agreement.
